PLANNED GIVING

Making a Difference for Area Children and Families

Consider making a planned giving commitment now to create your legacy and make a real difference for children and families in our community for years to come. Whether you are a permanent resident of southwest Florida or a snowbird, you can have a lasting impact on future generations in our community when you include a gift to the Vasari Cares Foundation as part of your long-term estate and financial plans.

Here are two popular and easy ways to establish your estate gift:

Include the Vasari Cares Foundation in your will or living trust.

A charitable bequest can be made by including as little as one sentence in your will or living trust.

We suggest using this wording:  “I give, devise and bequeath to the Vasari Cares Foundation, Inc., Bonita Springs, Florida, $xxxxxx (or xxx% of my estate) for its unrestricted use and purpose (or designate a specific purpose).”

You can fund your bequest with cash and appreciated securities.

Designate the Vasari Cares Foundation as a beneficiary.

Name the Vasari Cares Foundation as a beneficiary to receive assets from your retirement plan or life insurance policy. You simply fill out a form that is entirely separate from your will, which makes this an easy way to give.

Both bequests and beneficiary designations are flexible to you, the donor. You retain the assets throughout your lifetime and can review and modify your plans at any time if circumstances change.

If you name the Vasari Cares Foundation in your estate plans, please use our legal name:

Vasari Cares Foundation, Inc.

11250 Via de Vasari Drive

Bonita Springs, FL 34135

Federal tax ID #: 82-1947117
